Agreement to Terms

Custom developed solutions and deliverables created for clients remain the property of PT IFOS SATRIA MAHKOTA until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as specified in the service agreement.

• Technical specifications and processes

• Financial information and pricing
• Trade secrets and proprietary knowledge

Disclaimer of Warranties

PT IFOS SATRIA MAHKOTA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration under Indonesian Arbitration Law
4. Court proceedings in Jakarta, Indonesia as a last resort

Changes to Terms
